Disruption to telephony via VoIP telephones , 17.04 2025, 6:00 -18:00 (beendet)

During the scheduled nightly restart after maintenance work on the VoIP system, only 15% of the telephones are back online so far. We are working flat out to rectify the cause
The first workaround may actually be to unplug and plug the LAN cable into the phone.
A repair process is started centrally from 15:00. An attempt will be made not to restart phones that are already running again. However, it cannot be completely ruled out that VoIP phones that are already working may also restart and any PCs behind them (connected to the phone's switch port) may temporarily lose their network connectivity.
