[Update] Deactivation of the presence status at the matrix service (beendet)

The feature is now disabled.
- Element Web no longer displays statuses
- Element Desktop may display the last statuses, but you can deactivate the function manually:

As a result of a data protection check, the presence status will be deactivated at the TU Dresden matrix service on 06.11.2023. The status will then be gray for all users. In principle, the use of the presence status is permitted. However, the implementation of the software currently lacks the option for users to set or deactivate the presence status themselves. As soon as this data protection requirement is implemented, the presence status will be reactivated on the matrix service.
