- Audio connection is partly not possible in Firefox, please use a Chromium-based browser: Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi, etc.
- Currently only the first names are displayed.
- Function logins are currently unable to log in to the BBB portal.
A solution is already being worked on, we ask for a little patience.
On Thursday, 20.07.2023, all servers of the BigBlueButton service will be updated to the latest version (BBB v2.6, Greenlight v3, Scalelite v1.5) between 18:00 - 21:00. This upgrade is a necessary prerequisite for continuing the safe operation of the service.
*BBB will not be available during the maintenance window.*
The following changes will result from the update:
- All previous documents uploaded in the BigBlueButton portal in the rooms (Room settings - Add presentation) will be removed during the migration and must then be uploaded again.
- New access links have a different form, but existing links remain valid.
- In the updated portal, only one login is possible per ZIH login, i.e. when logging in in another browser, the previous session is terminated. It is still possible to start several rooms in the same browser.
