Wartung Contactcenter (ACD) (beendet)

Due to serious errors, an extensive update of the ACD system (Cisco Contactcenter Express) is required. For this purpose, several update files have to be installed sequentially and the corresponding servers have to be restarted.
Due to the redundant execution of the ACD system, no restrictions of the hotlines of the ServiceCenter Studium and the Service Desk are to be expected. If necessary, the agents have to log off and log on again to the system if the autom. failover should not work as expected.
